It all starts with a detailed sketch of your layout, which allows us to provide an accurate estimate. Once your stone, edge profile, and sink are selected, we’ll schedule three key appointments: your template date, slab approval, and final installation. Our team will also coordinate with your cabinet installer to ensure your base cabinets are in place before we measure for your custom countertop.
Throughout each step, we prioritize communication, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. You’ll receive a two-hour arrival window for both your template and installation, and we require a 50% deposit to secure your spot on the schedule. From the first measurement to the final polish, our goal is to make the process simple and enjoyable.
